1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for consulting services purchased from Grapex ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a service, you agree to the terms below.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal

In line with EU consumer law, private clients (natural persons) have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of payment, provided that we have not yet started delivering the consulting service. To exercise this right, email us at connect@grapex.club with your order details.

3. Services already started

Because our services are highly personalized, once we have begun work on your case (research, document review, drafting, calls held), the fees corresponding to work already performed are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a package may, at our discretion, be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

4. Non-refundable items

Government fees, notary costs, translations, courier fees, and third-party service charges are non-refundable once paid on your behalf.

5. Refund process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

6. Disputes

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us first at connect@grapex.club so we can resolve the issue directly. We are committed to fair, transparent outcomes for every client.
