By accessing grapex.club or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services provided
Grapex offers consulting on EU work visas, company formation, tax registration, and related compliance matters. Our consulting is informational and procedural; we do not provide legal representation unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or omitted information.
4. Fees & payment
All fees are displayed in EUR and are payable in advance. VAT may apply based on your location. Payments are processed by third-party providers.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share as confidential and use it solely to deliver your consulting engagement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grapex's total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rules.
